NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 8th day of October, 2025, in Civil Action No. 25-CA-002033, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which LAZY FLAMINGO PLAZA, INC., a Florida Corporation, LCT PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, LARRY C. THOMPSON, LUXURY HOMES FUNDING, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, on behalf of THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, an Agency of the United States of America and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 6th of November, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Parcel One:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block C, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AND
Parcel Two:
Lots 4 and 5, Block C, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AND
Parcel Three:
A lot or parcel of land lying in part of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block D, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which lot or parcel is described as follows:
From the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3, run Northeasterly along the Easterly line of said lot for 3.5 feet to an intersection with the Northeasterly line 33 feet from the centerline of Sanibel-Captiva Road and the POB of the herein described parcel. From said POB continue Northeasterly along said Easterly line for 136.50 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 3; thence run Northwesterly perpendicular to the Easterly line of said lot along the Northerly line of Lots 3, 2, and 1 for 174.07 feet to a point of curvature; thence run Northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 20 feet
along the Northeasterly line of said lot for 2.80 feet to an intersection with said Northeasterly line 33 feet from the centerline of Sanibel-Captiva Road; thence run Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 539.96 feet for 225.04 feet to the POB.
AND
Parcel Four:
Lots 6 and 7, Block C, Del Sega Unit One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
