NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026 JOINT MEETINGS
The Boards of Supervisors (“Boards”) of the Bayside Improvement and the Bay Creek Community Development Districts (“Districts”) will hold Fiscal Year 2026 Joint Regular Meetings, on the fourth Monday of each month, at 2:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated, at the Pelican Landing Community Center, 24501 Walden Center Drive, Bonita Springs, Florida 34134, on the following dates:

February 23, 2026
March 23, 2026
April 27, 2026
May 18, 2026
June 22, 2026
July 17, 2026 (Budget Workshop at 9:00 a.m.)

The purpose of the joint meetings is for the Boards to consider any business which may properly come before the Supervisors. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained from the office of the District Manager at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting by contacting the District Manager’s office via email at [email protected], by calling (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the Districts’ website, http://pelicanlandingcdds.net/.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (561) 571-0010 at least 48 hours prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY)/ 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meetings with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
