NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2025 (the “Judgment”) and Order Granting Defendants’ Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale (“Order”), both entered in the above Case No. 24-CA-007468 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by separate sales subject Property 1, Property 2, and Property 8, more specifically described below, to the highest and best bidder for cash at three separate public sales to be held on the 6th day of NOVEMBER, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., each sale to be conducted electronically online at three separate sales at the following website www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Plaintiff’s credit bid for each of the three separate sales shall only be the total amount due as to each respective Count, and not the total of the separate total sums specified in Paragraph 4(a), Paragraph 4(b), and
Paragraph 4(h) of the Judgment.
