KERNS A/K/A AMY JO KERNS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ONEMAIN CONSUMER LOAN, INC.; BRECKENRIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGE ON GOLDEN POND AT BRECKENRIDGE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
