NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10TH of October 2025, in Case No. 23-001244-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2021-1, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, ANITA C HERMAN; ROBERT E. HERMAN; MICHELE HELENE HERMAN A/K/A MICHELE H HERMAN; CAPITAL FOR MERCHANTS, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of November 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
