NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-001822-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC , is the Plaintiff and James A. Pomilia aka James Pomilia, Service Finance Company, Village on the Green Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 29, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
