Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 001479, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2003-3, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-3 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES MASTERSON; CHARLES EARL CRAWFORD A/K/A CHIP CRAWFORD; RICHARD J. CRAWFORD; GARY STEVEN CRAWFORD; JASON CRAWFORD; JOSEPH BETTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 52, GROVELAND SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE MOBILE HOME [1976 MOBILE HOME VIN#S 0365191AJ & 0365191BJ, AND TITLE#S 14138566 & 14138567] SITUATED THERE ON WHICH IS AFFIXED TO THE AFOREMENTIONED AND REAL PROPERTY INCORPORATED THEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
