NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 11, 2025, issued in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in Case No. 24000302CA, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and DEBORAH A. MCMULLEN, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE NRZ INVENTORY TRUST, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CAVALRY SPV I, LLC and MCGRATH POINT ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
