Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24002092CA, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, GROUNDFLOOR PROPERTIES GA LLC is the Plaintiff, and 2SIS INVESTING LLC; BEVERLY MARCIA LEWIS; YVONNE JEAN THOMAS SAWYERS; MARIA MANOR ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
