NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Collier County Tax Assessment Rolls have been certified by the Property Appraiser and have been delivered to the Tax Collector of Collier County, Florida.
The rolls will be open on Saturday, November 1, 2025 in the office of the Tax Collector of Collier County, Florida at the Collier County Government Complex, 3291 East Tamiami Trail, for the collection of Ad Valorem, Non-Ad Valorem and Tangible Personal Property Taxes of the County, the School Board, the City of Naples, the City of Everglades, the City of Marco Island and the Special Taxing Districts (see brochure enclosed with your statement).
The tax amounts shown on the tax statements have been discounted in accordance with the following payment schedule: 4% in November, 3% in December, 2% in January, 1% in February and you will pay the gross amount if paid in March. When you pay your taxes, please pay the amount shown in the block for the month in which you are making your payment.
