COMES NOW, Plaintiff, SEA BREEZE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby gives Notice of Foreclosure Sale that Crystal K. Kinzel the Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Collier County, Florida, will on November 20, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m., in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 4, of THE ANGELA HOUSE APARTMENT BUILDING of SEA BREEZE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, according to Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 274, Pages 134 through 169, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with it undivided share of the Common Elements.
pursuant to the order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice of lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
