YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, obtain a declaratory judgment and for adverse possession of real property located in Sarasota County, Florida legally described as follows:
The South 127 feet of the North 727 feet (as measured perpendicular to the North line) of that portion of the following described property lying 18 feet Southwest of a Center Line of Road right of way described in Deed dated September 18, 1962, filed April 2, 1963 and recorded in Official Records Book 418, Page 404, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Commence at the intersection of the center line of 66 foot County Road and the North line of corrected plat of Galleons Reach Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 94, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence South 58˚ 49’ 07” West, 481.22 feet more or less to the mean high water mark of the Gulf of Mexico; thence North 30˚ 58’ West along said Gulf 926 feet more or less to a point which bears South 58˚ 45’ West from a point which is North 54˚ 03’ 51” West 1005.64 feet from the Point of Beginning; thence North 58˚ 45’ East, 446.60 feet more or less to the mean high water mark of Lemon Bay; thence Southeasterly along said Bay 985 feet more or less to point which bears North 58˚ 49’ 07” East from the Point of Beginning; thence South 58˚ 49’ 07” West, 287.80 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in Section 35, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David L. Levy, the plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 6-A, Largo, Florida 33771 on or before December 1, 2025 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
