Final Judgment was awarded on October 7, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA000536, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and MARY ELLIS; JASON RANDALL MOREY; BERNARD MICHAEL OSZUST A/K/A BERNANRD OSZUST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY ELLIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; SUNCOAST POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
