Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 28, 2025, entered in Civil Case No. 2024CC006654CCAXES, in the County Court in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein Sandalwood Mobile Home Community Homeowners Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Unknown Successor Trustee Of The George H. Owens, Sr. Living Trust, et al., are the Defendants, Nichole “Nikki” Alvarez-Sowles, PASCO County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
