Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 25-CC-003248 the Clerk of the Court, Pasco County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
