NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 13, 2025 and entered in Case No. 23-CA-000876, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF EVELYN PARPER, DECEASED; EMELIA GABBIDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMELIA GABBIDON; SAHR SONGU-MBRIWA; TAMBA SONGU-MBRIWA; SOHKOR SOLANKE; AIAH SONGU-MBRIWA; OMOHJOWO SONGU-MBRIWA; EVELYN SEKAJIPO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TRINITY FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC; FAWN RIDGE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIQUE SERVICES; SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; are defendants. VICTOR CRIST, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on November 17, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, FAWN RIDGE VILLAGE “A”, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE(S) 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
