NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” entered in Case No. 24-CA-006818 on October 23, 2025, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Victor D. Crist, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of December 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
