HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-SD1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MARK D. SHERWIN A/K/A MARK A. SHERWIN; PROVERBIUM HOLDING LLC; POINT TITLING TRUST; MICROF LLC; G.E. CAPITAL MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. are the Defendant(s).
