NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2025, entered in Case No. 25-CA-002586 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein DOMEHOUSE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is Plaintiff and ROLDAN DE LA TORRE also known as ROLDAN G. DE LA TORRE, and SINTI LU ORTIZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 9:00 A.M., on December 4, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 19 and 20, in Block 227, SAN CARLOS PARK UNIT NO. 18, according to the plat thereof recorded in O.R. Book 173, Page 389, of the Public Records of Lee
County, Florida.
Pursuant to F.S. 45.031(2)(f), any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
