NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 23-007501-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1, Plaintiff and Michelle F.
