NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 1, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 25-000025-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SERVIS ONE, INC. DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and NICHOLAS JAMES STEINER are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on December 2, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
Lot 13, Block 18, Overlook Section Shore Acres, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
