NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 14, 2025 in Civil Case No. 19-002412-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE T. WAKELAND; NANCY S WAKELAND; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; USA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HUD; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on December 17, 2025 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND 11, OF KARL’S SPRINGFIELD PARK, ACCORDINGTO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 78, OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
