NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 25-000021-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Nancy Nassif McMurtry a/k/a Nancy M. McMurtry a/k/a Nancy McMurtry f/k/a Nancy Nassif, Deceased and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 4, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 9, BUILDING 1, LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 52 THROUGH 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM (AS AMENDED AND RESTATED) FILED MARCH 17, 1977, IN O.R. BOOK 4522, PAGES 1451 THROUGH 1568, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
