NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-002685-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIZENS BANK NA f/k/a RBS CITIZENS NA, is Plaintiff and Janet G. King; Unknown Spouse of Janet G. King; Lake Overlook Condominiums Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 156 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LAKE OVERLOOK CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, UNIT 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 28 THROUGH 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 13, 1971 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3579, PAGES 485 THROUGH 555, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4387, PAGE 458 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5419, PAGE 702, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 4550 Overlook Drive NE #156, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
