NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Partition as to Property 2 - 2097 Cedarwood Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33948, entered on or about August 22, 2025, in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000334, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, LIBERTY HOLDINGS 1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CHARLOTTE REALTY 2024 TRUST is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest bidder at a public sale on September 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST online at the following website: http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Partition as to Property 2 - 2097 Cedarwood Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33948, to wit:
Lot 34, Block 573, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 41, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 51A through 51K9, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

No liens, mortgages, taxes, or other encumbrances will be paid from the sales proceeds.
