NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Partition as to Property 3 - 3452 Liberty Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33948, entered on or about August 22, 2025, in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000334, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, LIBERTY HOLDINGS 1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CHARLOTTE REALTY 2024 TRUST is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest bidder at a public sale on September 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST online at the following website: http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Partition as to Property 3 - 3452 Liberty Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33948, to wit:
Lot 56, Block 608, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISIONS SECTION 31, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 26A through 26F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
