Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 21, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 58 OF OAK RIDGE ESTATES, PHASE IX, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1300 OLD STOKES RD, FROSTPROOF, FL 33843; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on OCTOBER 7, 2025 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
