Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated July 16, 2025, and in Case No. 2024CC007286 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which SERENO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., the Plaintiff and LUZ MARIA MONROY RAMIREZ the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on September 23, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 298, Sereno Phase Two, according to the pla as recorded in Plat Book 166, Pages 41 through 43 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
