NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 28, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25-CC-001184 of the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WINDSTAR ON NAPLES BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT WESLEY BEDELL, an incapacitated person, by and through Brenda Arlene Bedell, as Guardian of the Person and Property of Robert Wesley Bedell, AND BRENDA LYNN COUNTS BEDELL, et. al. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 113, BUILDING 2, PHASE 3, COMPASS POINT SOUTH AT WINDSTAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED AUGUST 7, 1992 IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1742, PAGES 1339 THROUGH 1410, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the sale.
