Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on October 9, 2025, at Eleven o’ clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Units No. 101 and No. 102, SAN MARCO RESIDENCES, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 814, Pages 1440 and 1518, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
Property Address: 291 South Collier Blvd., Unit 101-102, Marco Island, Florida 34145.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
