NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 27, 2025, in Case No. 2025CA0457 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM E. PETERSON is Defendant, the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 1st day of October 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 26, ONAHOM FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
