BRENNAN; JOHN DOE and MARY DOE, as Unknown Occupants; and the respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees,
creditors and other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, if alive, and if any of the named
above-referenced defendants are dead, any heirs, devisees,
grantees, assignees, lienors,
creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the property which constitute the subject matter of this action.

BRENNAN, deceased; and the respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and other parties claiming by, through, under or against him, if alive, and if any of the named above-referenced defendants are dead, any heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the property which constitute the subject matter of this action,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien against the following-described real property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 170, JAPANESE GARDENS MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative situate on the property described in Exhibit “A” and located as shown on Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1544, Pages 1427 through 1454, and the Amended Master Form Proprietary Lease as recorded at Instrument No. 2019033014, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 6 day of October, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
