NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CA001615CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which DLC MORTGAGES III, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BETTY SYLVESTER, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida on September 29, 2025 at 11:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
