La Collina Community Development District

The Board of Supervisors of the La Collina Community Development District will hold their regular monthly meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 on the first Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Regional Library located at 1906 Bloomingdale Ave, Valrico, FL 33596, unless otherwise indicated, as follows:

April 6, 2026
May 4, 2026 (Budget Workshop)
June 1, 2026 (Approve Tentative Budget)
July 6, 2026
August 3, 2026 (Budget Public Hearing)
September 14, 2026

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. Interested parties may refer to the District’s website for the latest information: https://www.lacollinacdd.com/.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record at the meeting without additional publication of notice.

Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7- 1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager’s Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
