The Board of Supervisors of The Easton Park Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 on the third Thursday of every month at 4:30 P.M. in the conference room of the Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club Library, 10630 Plantation Bay Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647, on the third Wednesday of the month as follows:

December 18, 2025
January 15, 2026
February 19, 2026
March 19, 2026
April 16, 2026 (Budget Workshop)
May 21, 2026 (Approved Tentative Budget)
June 18, 2026
July 16, 2026 (Budget Public Hearing)
August 20, 2026
September 17, 2026

Meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate by telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
