WATERLEAF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING

The Waterleaf Community Development District Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hillsborough County Library, 9951 Balm Riverview Rd., Riverview, FL 33569. Immediately following the adjournment of the audit committee meeting will be a regular Board of Supervisors meeting of the Waterleaf Community Development District.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained by contacting the District Manager by mail at 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, FL 33619 or by telephone at (813) 344-4844, or by visiting the District’s website at Waterleafcdd.org. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

In accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 286.0113(1), Florida Statutes, the District will hold a closed session as it relates to District’s security system plan. The closed session is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer, depending upon the needs of the District. Immediately following the closed session, the Board will resume the regular meeting to discuss any business which may come before the Board.

Additionally, participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager’s Office in advance to facilitate consideration of such questions and comments during the meetings.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
