NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of September 2022, in Case No. 20-CA-004142, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST II is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR D. ANDREWS; EDWINA ANDREWS; SUNTRUST BANK; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
