NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19th day of August 2025, in Case No. 24-CA-004165, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WF1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and LAURA M. MURPHY A/K/A LAURA MURPHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA M. MURPHY A/K/A LAURA MURPHY; NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITION, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF WELLS FARGO; CHEVAL WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 20th day of October 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
