NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated August 21, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-000745 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF NAGESSAR P. RAMNARINE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF NAGESSAR P. RAMNARINE, DECEASED; DAVEANAND RAMNARINE; PATRACIA N. RAMNARINE; SARAH ANN HAMID; LAURA ANN HAMID, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 8th day of January, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 2985, UNIT 42, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN NAT BOOK 23, PAGES 95 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
