NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of August, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-005607, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORMA J. SCOTT; SALLY A. PENALVERT; STEPHEN D. PENALVERT A/K/A STEPHEN PENALVERT; ALL IN CREDIT UNION; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 18th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2043, UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 149 THROUGH 165, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
