NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 23-000627-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, TRADITIONAL MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORP, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LYNN K. ANDING AKA LYNN KAREN ANDING AKA LYNN ANDING QUERUBIN AKA LYNN A. QUERUBIN, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of October, 2025, the following described property:
