The Pinellas County School District is soliciting sealed electronic bids in response to Uniforms: Operational Services. Bids are due before 3:00 pm on Friday, September 26, 2025. Bids may be received up to but not later than, the date and time listed above, via the District e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/PCSB.

SCOPE: The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to select supplier(s) to provide and deliver uniform Items for approximately 2,600 employees within the district’s Operational Services Division on an as needed basis, to the Walter Pownall Service Center and to secure firm, net unit pricing for the contract period specified herein. The following departments within the division are as follows:
Food & Nutrition
Maintenance
Plant Operations
Transportation
Warehouse

The potential exists that this estimate could exceed 2,600 employees during the course of this contract. All unit pricing must include the cost of setting up the district’s logo for silk screening (at least once per year per Group), embroidery and digitizing costs. This bid will also be made available for use district wide.
