UNIT 1705 AND GARAGE UNIT G-167 OF ULTIMAR THREE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9089, PAGE 2157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael R. Esposito, Esq., Blank Rome LLP, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 100 S. Ashley Drive, Suite 600, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before October 8, 2025, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
