NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated August 20, 2025, and entered in Case Number: 2024-CA-00317-0000-00, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein TRADITIONS AT WINTER HAVEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and GENEVA ANN CASTLEBERG, individually; and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A MARY DAVILA; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 7th day of October, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
