MEADS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 7, 2025 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92 OF SADDLECREEK, AN UNRECORDED RE-DIVISION OF WILSON ACRES, PHASE II, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS THE EAST 85.0 FEET OF LOT 116 OF WILSON ACRES, PHASE II, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2912 WOODCREST LANE, LAKELAND, FL 33805 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
