Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated September 4, 2025, and in Case No. 2022CA001531 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which MEADOW WALK AT FOUR CORNERS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and SANTA DE DE LEON CASTILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANTA DE DE LEON CASTILLO; NADIA YULISSA DE LEON CASTILLO & ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on October 10, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 29, Meadow Walk - Phase 1, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 179, Pages 20 through 24 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
