Bell; Cypress Pond Estates Homeowners’ Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
