BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING DATES
EAGLE POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026

The Board of Supervisors of the EAGLE POINTE Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 at the Eagle Pointe Clubhouse, 11450 Moonsail Drive, Parrish, FL 34219 at 5:00 p.m. on the 1st Thursday of each month unless otherwise indicated as follows:

October 2, 2025
November 6, 2025
December 4, 2025
January 8, 2026* (2nd Thursday)
February 5, 2026
March 5, 2026
April 2, 2026
May 7, 2026
June 4, 2026
July 2, 2026
August 6, 2026

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A
copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services – Tampa, LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Florida 33619 or by calling (813) 344-4844 (“District Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person
