NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000941 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which DLC MORTGAGES III, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DONNA WELCH, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida on October 9, 2025, at 11:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
