HARLOW, deceased, are hereby notified that Gregory Herman-Giddens and James Howard Wynkoop have propounded for probate in solemn form a photostat copy of a paper writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of EDGAR J. HARLOW, deceased. Notice of Hearing for the Petition for Probate in Solemn Form of a photostat copy of the Decedent’s Will was filed in the above-entitled proceeding on August 18, 2025.
You are further notified that a motion to probate in solemn form the photostat copy of said paper writing as the Last Will and Testament of EDGAR J. HARLOW will be heard by the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County at the Chatham County Courthouse, 40 E. Chatham St., Pittsboro, NC 27312, at 11:00 a.m. on October 16, 2025.
You are hereby summoned to these proceedings that you may be advised of your rights and contest the probate of the photostat copy of the paper writing as the Last Will and Testament of EDGAR J. HARLOW, deceased, if you think proper.
